Your data, your device.

Minuted doesn't collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. Everything stays on your phone. That's the policy, said plainly — and the details below back it up.

The short version

No accounts. No cloud. No tracking. No analytics in the app. No ads. Your roster and meeting history live on your iPhone — and nowhere else.

What Minuted stores

Minuted stores the following data locally on your device only:

This data never leaves your device. It is not synced to any cloud service, backed up to any external server, or shared with any third party.

What Minuted does not do

Data deletion

To delete your data, either use the "Reset all data" option in Minuted's Settings, or delete the app from your device. Deleting the app removes all associated data.

iCloud and device backups

If you have iCloud backups enabled for your iPhone, Apple may include Minuted's local data in your device backup per your iCloud settings. This data remains encrypted under your Apple ID and is not accessible to the developer of Minuted.

Children's privacy

Minuted is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from children.

About this site

The minuted.org website uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics service that does not use cookies, does not track visitors across sites, and does not collect any personal data. The app itself contains no analytics of any kind.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, an updated version will be posted here with a revised date.
