Questions partners ask

When do I get paid?
Your £20 becomes payable once the customer you referred pays their first full month, which keeps out the free month tourists. We pay by bank transfer once a month, on the same date each time.
How do you track my referrals?
You get a unique partner code and a QR sticker with that code built in. When a customer enters your code or scans your sticker, they're stamped to you. It's last code wins, single touch, so there's nothing to game.
What does my customer actually get?
Their first month of Minuted free: a local landline that rings their mobile, with every call recorded, summarised and turned into todos. After the free month they pay as normal, from £14.99 a month.
Do I need to be VAT registered?
No. If you're VAT registered you invoice us £20 plus VAT. If you're not, you get a flat £20. Either way you're £20 better off for every customer who converts.
Can I see my referrals?
Yes. We email you a statement on the same date each month with your referrals, your conversions and the amount due, even in a quiet month. A self-serve dashboard comes later.
