Questions people actually ask

Can I keep my number?
Yes. Divert your existing business number to Minuted in about ten minutes and every call runs through us straight away. When you're ready, port the number over properly with no downtime. Until then you carry on paying your old provider's divert charge, which most packages include.
What do my callers hear?
A short professional greeting that says the call may be recorded, then it rings your mobile as normal. It takes a few seconds and doubles as a trust signal for your customers.
How does the divert work?
Your Minuted number diverts to your mobile, so you answer every call yourself. We record it, summarise it and turn it into todos. We are not a receptionist and nobody answers on your behalf.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from your dashboard. There's no contract and no notice period. If you cancel we keep your number live for a short wind-down period so nothing drops on the day.
